Hello, supporters and fellow dreamers,

Who We Are

Konkrete Stories is a mobile podcast collaboration between Underrated Individuals Limited and Gobshots, a talented Zambian film director. The project was created by Jerome Arab, founder and CEO of Underrated Individuals, with a vision to create impactful, authentic content that matters.

Our Mission

Konkrete Stories is a groundbreaking mobile podcast series dedicated to uncovering and sharing the powerful, untold stories of underrepresented individuals in overlooked spaces. For our inaugural season, we're heading to the heart of Zambian compounds to shine a light on local heroes, dreamers, and change-makers.

What We're Doing

Our team is embarking on a journey to produce 10 compelling episodes that will:

  • Document the lives and aspirations of overlooked individuals in Zambian compounds

  • Provide a platform for these voices to reach a global audience

  • Offer tangible support to help our subjects bring their dreams to life

Why It Matters

In a world where certain narratives dominate the media landscape, it's crucial to amplify diverse voices and experiences.

By telling these stories, we aim to:

  • Challenge stereotypes and broaden perspectives

  • Inspire hope and action within underrepresented communities

  • Create meaningful connections between our audience and our subjects

Your Support Makes a Difference

We're seeking to raise £2500 to make this project a reality. Your contribution will help fund:

  • Local transportation and logistics

  • Post-production costs

  • Resources to directly support our featured individuals

Join Us in Making a Difference

Your support, no matter the size, will help bring these important stories to light and create real change in people's lives. Together, we can build bridges of understanding and empower unheard voices.

Thank you for being part of this journey to make the invisible, visible.
