What we do
We create opportunities for overlooked talent through three core areas: youth sport programs that serve 400+ young people in underserved Oxford communities, documentary storytelling that amplifies African voices globally (including our acclaimed ROOM series), and creative community building that connects artists, athletes, and entrepreneurs with the resources and networks they need to thrive.

We remove barriers to sport for young people in underserved communities. Free multi-sport programs (basketball, cycling, rugby, athletics) that build confidence, skills, and connections to competitive opportunities.

We amplify overlooked voices through film and podcasts. From ROOM's redefinition of African security to Underrated Individuals Podcast's 50,000+ streams, we tell stories that shift perspectives.
